Cheers to 25 years...and counting!

As PRO-TURF Services celebrates 25 years in business, our Turf Service Manager Ryan Carroll has a message to share.

This year, we’re celebrating 25 years of business. As the year is winding down, I wanted to share with you some of my thoughts about this milestone.

I’ve been with PRO-TURF Services for 21 of our 25 years in business. From starting out applying fertilizer and weed control products on customers’ lawns, to being the Turf Services Manager, I’ve seen many changes take place.

We started with just a few residential customers in the Indianola and Winterset areas. Today, we service many residential and commercial accounts in both communities, plus cities across the Des Moines metro area, such as Urbandale, Johnston, Clive, Ankeny, Waukee, and even more throughout Central Iowa. This growth doesn’t just happen by chance.

We have built our business on caring for your lawn and turf like it’s our own.

Our dedicated Turf Care Specialists work hard to ensure your lawn gets the right amount of the right product, at the right time, to help your grass be as healthy as possible.

When we’re not out applying products to your lawn or turf, we are in the shop doing maintenance on our equipment and researching the best products for upcoming weather conditions. This means when the spring soil reaches the right temperature, we’re ready to go! I’m so proud of our team and all they accomplish every season!

Over the years, our products and how we used them have also changed. From changes in chemical formulas to ways to be more strategic in using the right products, we strive to be the best stewards of the environment that we can be, while also keeping your lawn looking its best every year.
